I was so thrilled to get to photograph Baby {R} this week.  We have known his family for about 4.5 years and I was honored to be able to capture this special moment in time for them.  He was such a great sleeper and just seemed to enjoy hanging out with me for a few hours.  His photos turned out amazing and I cannot wait to dive in and edit the full session.  But, for now you’ll have to just enjoy these few teaser pics.  Meet Baby {R}!

Who says boys can’t lay on ruffles!!  Doesn’t he just look so squishy – I LOVE the little wrinkles.  Eeek.

I had the pleasure of taking photos for Jessica Erickson this weekend.  She is another local photographer.  Here is her site.    She is expecting baby #2 next month and asked me if I would come over and take some maternity photos for her – OF COURSE!  Haha.  It was nice to see her again (we met at a workshop earlier this year) and to meet her family.  Her DD is the same age as mine, so it was so cute to watch her interact with Mom/Baby Brother (the belly).  Here is your official Sneak Peek Jessica.

Meet 7 day old Baby {J}.  She weighed in at 10lbs 5oz and is just oh so cute!  I had such a great time snuggling with her.  She made us work for it, but we got some great shots!  And, big sis {T} joined in for a few photos as well.  She is so sweet and really adores her new baby sister.  I am so excited to dive into editing this session.  But, for now a sneak peek will have to do.  Just check out all this cuteness!!!!

I had a TON of fun with Miss {L} this weekend.  She is just so darn cute!!  I cannot believe she is already 5.  The last time I saw her she was 3, time really flies by!!!  We had a great time climbing rocks, running in the grass and dancing.  {L}, you have such a sweet spirit, I hope you had a much fun during our session as I did.  You better watch out Dad, this one is going to break some hearts.   Here is your sneak peek.

I was so excited to spend part of my weekend with the {L} family.  I had met them at Christmas when we did our mini sessions and we went ahead and scheduled a session for the Spring as well.  Who would have known that the day of our session would be the ONE cold/windy day we’ve had in over a month.  CRAZY!!  But, they were awesome.  We tried to find places where the wind was blocked some.  Mr {B} had a great time and didn’t seem to mind the wind much, but poor Miss {E} was just freezing.    Here is their sneak peek – and I just ADORE the one where big brother is trying to make his sister feel better!

Aren’t little baby girls just the best!!!  I had the pleasure of meeting Miss {A} yesterday and she is just ADORABLE!  I have not been able to tear myself away from her pictures.  So, even though I told Mom I wouldn’t have the sneak peek ready for a couple of days, here it is.  Haha.  She is just so precious an is surrounded by people who love and adore her.  Hope you enjoy your peak Mom!

I was so excited to do {D}’s Maternity Photos last week.  The soon to be new parents are so excited for the arrival of their son.  Here is a sneak peek of our session.  I can’t wait to meet Mr. Roman next month!!

Oh my – Miss {A} is growing up too fast!!!  Another one of my Watch Me Grow babies is 9 months old.  She is so precious.  She was standing all by herself and even taking a few steps!  She was more interested in the props and the backdrop than in the camera – so Mom, Dad and I all worked hard her her smiles.  Haha.  We had a great time, took a break mid-session for some dancing and finished things up with reading books.  Here is her sneak peek.

I got to meet little {J} this weekend and just HAD to share a pre-sneak peek photos with you!! His actual sneak peek will be out in a couple of days.   When mom first told me she was expecting, I was so excited to get to meet this little guy.  After a 2011 full of girls, 2012 may just turn out to be the year of the boys!  Hehe.  Anyway, here is a sweet photo of baby {J} that just makes me smile!
